Juice up your joints, mobilize your muscles, and heat up your heart rate!

30 mins is all you need for a full body workout and the harder you work, the more you get out of it!

You can do this class even if you haven't exercised in years. I promise -- you can start right where you are.

5 min warm up/cool down and stretch

20 mins of work doing simple body weight exercises.

Examples of exercises included will be:

  1. Jumping jacks

  2. Runners lunges

  3. Squats

  4. High kicks

  5. Pushups/modified pushups

  6. Planks

  7. Multiple core moves to fire up your midsection!

Bring a towel, water, mat and comfortable clothes.

Exercises can be done with or without shoes!
